Lost Paddle is an event production and experiential marketing company focused on the outdoor industry.

Our mission is to power a growing and sustainable active outdoors movement through live events.

  • SUTTON BACON

    FOUNDER

    Sutton is a long-time outdoor industry executive with experience across a variety of outdoor industry segments, including national and world championship outdoor events, large outdoor festivals, trade and consumer events. Sutton is a former Class V whitewater kayaker turned horse show dad.

  • Lance Camisasca

    GROUP DIRECTOR, CYCLING

    Lance is a veteran event professional in the cycling industry. Former long-time show director of Interbike, the world’s largest bike show. Lance is founder of Press and Dealer Camp and its parent company Lifeboat Events. Lance is an avid cyclist who enjoys road, gravel, and mountain bike riding.

  • KENJI HAROUTUNIAN

    GROUP DIRECTOR, OUTDOOR

    Kenji is one of the most recognized names in the outdoor industry. Prior to joining Lost Paddle, Kenji was show director of Outdoor Retailer and Fly Fishing Retailer. He is also an industry expert on DEI and is a long-time board member of the Access Fund. Kenji is an avid rock climber.

  • TOD ALBERTO

    GROUP DIRECTOR, SPORTSHOWS

    Tod leads our Sportshows division of fishing and sportsman events. A licensed fishing guide, Tod is former show executive with the American Sportfishing Association and National Marine Manufacturer’s Association.

  • KELLEY WOOLSEY

    GROUP DIRECTOR, WATERSPORTS

    Kelley is a veteran paddlesports leader with senior sales executive experience at some of the largest brands in the paddlesports and surf industry including Pelican, Confluence, Hobie, BIG Adventures, and O’Neill.

  • Sara Hege

    EXHIBITOR RELATIONS & SHOW OPS

    Sara manages exhibitor relations, registration, and operations support across our entire event portfolio. Sara joined the Lost Paddle team from the paddlesports industry and she enjoys to mountain bike and paddle.

  • Dirk Sorenson

    ANALYTICS AND INSIGHTS

    Dirk leads our event analytics and insights efforts through Curiosity Cartel, a sister company of Lost Paddle. Dirk is former Executive Director of The NPD Group’s sporting goods division and previously was an executive at Accell Group and Confluence Outdoor.
